Revives from frozen state, teleports behind enemy with highest HP & casts a blizzard that deals dmg to nearby enemies. Enemies hit have greatly reduced movement & atk speed for a time. Passive: At the start of battle, she is in a sleep state. When she revives, she'll slowly lose energy until it reaches 0 & she goes back into a frozen sleep state. When there is someone else in the enemy's attack range, she won't be targeted.
