Attacks enemy mid row target and freezes for 6s. Frozen targets take continuous damage. Frozen enemies can use basic attacks to break the chain, but if not broken within the time limit, Actaeon will receive a stack of Frost effect (3s CD for Frost effect). Frozen enemy units receive lowered healing while sealed in ice.
