
Charlotte selects an enemy and provokes him/her. The provoked target will only attack Charlotte for the duration, and while the provocation lasts, the target and Charlotte will take increased dmg. If the target selected has a shield effect, the shield will become easy to break. After the provocation ends, 90% of the dmg Charlotte took during the provocation will be converted into a Provocation Cost and transferred to the target. After the provocation ends, Charlotte will regen a certain proportion of dmg taken during the provocation.
